Makro SA is a *****. Takes your money and doesn't deliver

Paid R5800 online on 29 December. What I received was smaller than I ordered. I can't return it even though it's unopened. There's missing items that wasn't sent yet on the app it says delivered. Essentially makro is a *****. Emails calls and WhatsApp is of no use as you are told to screenshot items not received while they know the app doesn't allow it. I'm tired of their excuses. I have given them multiple opportunities to rectify the situation and it's met with silence. Small claims court seems to be the only way left. Makro are you not ashamed to **** SO MANY PEOPLE?
