Makro SA has hit rock bottom

You lost my trust. Full stop. I used to scroll past Temu, Shein, Wish, and more. I've added Makro to that list. I will NEVER again buy from you - or any one of the stores that fall under your parent company. I've been waiting for my order since 27th November 2024, with a delivery date of the 29th November 2024. You DO NOT deliver and nobody calls you to tell you why they can't produce R2000 worth of goods you paid for almost a month ago. I can't cancel the order. I can't get a refund. I can't get my phone or my dog food. I can't get a courier to call or contact me. I can't get your customer support to escalate my call. I expected SO MUCH BETTER from Makro. In fact, you're worse, because locals know better. I can now follow your useless and ineffective WhatsApp bot around for 2 weeks until calling you for no resolution costs me hundreds of bucks on hold again
