Makro sa Crownmines ... First makro open in Geutang BEST IN POOR SERVICE

Worst then I could ever imagine ... product is on the website showing on promotion with makro so called article number or product ID ticket is wrong item doesn't scan as the price on the website staff member sits on the camp chair shouting to me and another white shirt staff member like it's a ****a shop or as if I'm in China mall ... then the DIY manager Mr Jim Everyday decides no his staff member is right and I as a customer is wrong then the employee of the month comes to the till with another table claiming its the right one as far as I know each item in a makro store had its own product ID code and the item I had matched the ticket I took the item from but the manager was ready to fight me tooth and nail that I was wrong I asked for him to open up thier SAP system which is used to manage the stock holding off all makro stores country wide... I was looked at as if I was talking a foreign language after everything I was told by Mr Everyday that I should have a glass of water to help me ... I've worked for makro woodmead for 10 years and never have I thought I would walk into a sister store in crownmines and be so undermined and humiliated by staff from a company that I worked for knowing all the training that they provide to staff to treat customers with respect but it looked to me like you walk in they judge you and decide if they want to help you professionally or help you quickly so you can leave and they can get back to chilling on the company stock having a fat chat or watching tik tok... I did try my best to be friendly and clear for what I was looking for as I have worked in the exact same yellow shirt so I know what employees go through with customers but the level of respect and helpfulness that you are shown in MAKRO CROWNMINES WAS VERY VERY POOR AND VERY LOW CLASS FOR A WORLD CLASS INTERNATIONALLY OWNED COMPANY
