Terrible service once again from Makro Ordered a table online, arrived damaged and yellow. Terrible condition! It cannot be swooped at a branch because it’s sold from a 3rd party. What a load of ****. No response on their WhatsApp number as well
This is not the first time I have received poor quality product from the online and then I must struggle to get an exchange !
It will be last last time I use Makro, I’ll rather pay more than to deal with their **** service.

Your WhatsApp support number is unresponsive, what is the point of have this option if no one attends to the queries.
I will never use makro again.
Extremely disappointed.
Quick to post a message to say you will be in contact and sort the problem out so the public users can see but on the back end no one sees that nothing is being done.

He should be dismissed Mukondy Mabaso!
Still no table collected still just an automated reply from Makro, it’s no wonder why customers write such bad reviews on Makro
No there is no button to rerun it again on the website
Ridiculous that on the web I have posted notes and reviews with my contact number and not one person has taken the time to make a call.
