Makro SA bad service
Every month makro doesn't deliver my mom's groceries on time and takes about 5 to 7 days after the promised date. This time he hasn't delivered at all and told me the delivery is on the way but still nothing. They don't follow up with delivery company and as clients who have fully paid have to fight to get our orders

08 May 2024, 17:13Please do kindly attend to this and revert back because this has been a constant thing and I'm tired of it, if Makro doesn't want customers anymore they should say so that I but elsewhere because even on twitter they not helpful at all.
I expect my grocery by tomorrow because it was speed to have been delivered by the 4th and has been with the delivery company since the 3rd of May.
I pay for a service and I'm to receive that fully without dispute and stress because at the end that's my money, I don't half pay them.
