Makro SA

I have been waiting over a week for Makro to come and fix my Samsung Tv. Every time I follow up, I’m told it will be done within 48 hours, but nothing happens. This same response has been repeated multiple times with no action and no update.

The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially for a product that is still under warranty. And has only been used for 1 year.

Customers should not have to chase support endlessly or be given false timelines. Especially for such an expensive product.

I expected much better service from a company like Makro. Very disappointed.
