Makro SA are *****s!!!

I placed an order on 26 November 2022.

It's 14 December and I haven't heard a word since, except that it has been dispatched. The courier service they used isn't tracking the order so I have no idea where this order finds itself.

I have emailed - no answer. I have sent them tweets - nothing. I have sent them direct messages via FB - nothing. I have tried calling - but sent from pillar to post via the robot voice.

At this rate, I am fed up!! I just want my money back! They are atrocious and I won't ever use them again.
