Makro's Empty Promises

On a recent shopping trip to the Vaal Makro, I unfortunately assisted my pensioner Father to purchase an upright freezer. This has never worked properly and after numerous emails and telephonic complaints, the poor old man is still without a freezer. I have personally got involved and telephonically the commitments are great but that's were it ends.<br> I have been dealing with Makro in Mpumalanga for years but clearly the Vaal branch has a different view on customer service. Fortunately there is also a store called President Hyper in this area.
