I ordered this special and only received 4 chairs, and they dont want to send me the other 2 or refund me for the 2 they didnt send, now i have to send all the chairs back for a full refund . And i need the chiars. Dont order from them,klomp *****s! They could have let me know that they only had 4 ,BEFORE they delivered,which would have given me a fair chance to cancel my order or find an ulternative but no,they would rather be ***** and send you the x4 chairs instead of 6 that you ordered and paid for,because they know you wont send them back coz its to big of a hassle, and thats how they pocket,! DO NOT ORDER THIS SPECIAL!!!!OD***

11 Nov 2025, 14:22I dont want to return everything as i already paid for 6 chairs ! And i received 4 . It doesnt make sense that i have to send everything back for a refund hich wil take 2-5 days for collection as stated on your site ,and then be refunded just to order again and the same thing happens, now it causes inconvenience for me ,i have to stay home to wait for you guys to pick up the order. No man this is not the way you handle things, you should send the 2 chairs,or refund the 2 chairs !!! I paid for 6 !

11 Nov 2025, 17:54It is makro's responsibility to send the 2 chairs and sort it out on their side,or pressure the suppler to send the other to chairs,not my responsibility as a client! It wasnt my mistake it was yours,why must i suffer under it! And yess i will keep on making a scene coz im not sending back the chairs, im waiting for my 2 chairs or a refund, or i wil keep on sharing and posting on every single platform i possibly can, not that it matters coz i see a lot of bad reviews already.
