Makro ruined Christmas
Ordered online on the 2nd of December, still have not received my order. Wrote a review here on the 19th Dec, Makro responded saying they would reply in the next 24 - 48 hours. No one has responded. So Makro continues to lie, 7-10 days delivery; lies, response in 24 - 48 hours; lies. I'm sure besides breaking some kind of customer service law, it's surely ********* and not morally correct. I'm not even bothering with emails and the call centre anymore. I've wasted enough time and money there as well. Next thing for me is to accept that in December of 2019, Makro stole my money.
