Makro ruined a boy's birthday

Bought my son a Raleigh 20" MTB from Makro Wonderboom. When we opened it the front fork had been bent. I returned it without any hassles and bought a more expensive bike to avoid something similar.

Whilst in line I noticed the box looked *****. Upon opening it I noticed that the bike was a bit dirty and had scuff marks on the crank arms. There is also an audible clicking sound eminating from the rear axle and it is clearly bent.

This is a bike that had been previously returned.

I understand the first return as the box had been sealed but the second time round is unacceptable.

No I have a useless bike and not enough time to return it in time for a five year old to wake up to his gift.
