Makro - ROBBING CUSTOMERS/CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT LAW BREAKER

Makro is an unreliable retail store robbing South Africans.

On 31st Jan 2020, I purchased Bosch washing machine from Makro and it was delivered on 8th Feb 2020. The machine had factory faults, no warranty booklet, white and brown stains, & rusty areas in the drum. This is definitely not a brand new washing machine. I went to the Montague Gardens branch the same day the machine was delivered, and they told me that they would come to pick it up. I sent an email to Makro Care (with pictures of problems with the machine) and they told me that they have contacted the Montague Gardens branch. They still have not come to get their second hand washing machine.
