Makro robbing customers

I ordered 4 * 24 pack Tropika juice and only one was delivered. Being patient I allowed customer care to try to resolve the issue. Instead of sending me the 3 missing 24 packs they send me 3 * 6 packs. This is ridiculous! Why can't I get what I paid for. I generally buy all my groceries from Makro but will move to another brand now.
