Makro Riverside in Riversands Midrand

Beautiful store with very poor service. The service at Makro Riverside (in Riversands) is devastingly poor😔. They won't assist customers and a lot of their product lines aren't available in store, even their rice is only one brand of 5kg parboil and a lot of stock is short dated. Noone answers the phone, I've been calling for 5 days during office hours and no one picked up even when I was the first caller inline for 15minutes. I doubt that the staff are aware that the economy is failing and their makro is underperforming in comparison to other makro stores. I won't be returning to Riversands, I would rather drive to Centurion, woodmead, strubensvalley or even makro crownmines. ( makro crownmines has the best service out of the ones I've listed 👌🏾)
