MAKRO RIVERSANDS/ONLINE ABYSMAL

I ordered a bottle of whiskey online via Makro and was quoted a 7 day delivery period, after 3 weeks the order had not arrived, and they were unable to give an expected date of resolution (apparently it had been sitting packed up in the store for 3 weeks), I then cancelled by order, a week later I had not heard anything confirming the cancellation, so I phoned again and was told that it was processed, after some time I still had not received and confirmation so called the store to enquire, they then told me that they would refund it this went back and forth for 3 weeks, with them constantly telling me them would process it, and 3 times outright saying the refund was already processed, and nothing happening, I was sent multiple emails confirming that the refund was processed, and yet the money was not refunded, after 10+ calls and 3 weeks my money is still not refunded and they constantly shift blame even the manager himself, I have no idea if I will ever get my money back, but definitely do not order from here, as from my experience you will not get a product, and they will lie through their teeth constantly and seem to just hope you'll forget about it.
