Makro Riversands service the worst

Bought t a few items online from Makro early Wednesday morning. Got my confirmation and was sent an sms to say my order had been packed and collected by courier from Makro Riversands. Up until now neither Makro nor the courier can tell me what is happening with my order. I am on hold for more than 10mins at a time with no resolution. Where is my order? This is definitely my first and last time ordering from you.
