Makro Riversands ruined my life.

Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had. 2 weeks without my product being delivered, no communication regarding this. Wasted petrol driving to and from the store trying to figure out what has happened with my order. Zero communication with couriers, who also have no clue what's going on (Value Express), and lies and broken promises on delivery dates. Definitely my last time ever shopping from Makro. The Most frustrating service ever @ Makro Riversands. Absolutely appalling.
