Makro Riversands not happy

Hi all, I'm disappointed with Makro Riversands. So my elderly parents went to do their monthly grocery shopping on the 28th May. The problem is the packer, upon arrival at home while unpacking, 2 of the 2kg sugar had artchar oil , the till packer had mixed the products while packing. You can't pack archar with sugar etc. Now we are sitting with 2 x2kg sugars that are spoiled. Not cool guys. Can ur guys be mindful as to how they pack please.
