Makro Riversands is dishonest

I have 2 orders and ref numbers I have been querying since July and August 2023. They are Order: #MAK*** - *** and Order: #MAK*** - ***. Makro are either theives or they cannot control their returns and delivery process. On 1 order I returned an item, for a refund, to the Wumdrop driver (Mzeki) on delivery and they cannot track down the driver or item. The other item they requetsed I pack and have ready to return on the 21st August. Its still waiting to be collected and today is the 12th September. Khagetso from your Riversands store called me and gave me a very rude response and as the Customer Service person he has no training in this discipline. Our comany will no longer be doing any purchasing from Makro and we will be reportiung thsi matter of the missing item as theft as advised by Khagetso from Riversands.
