Makro riversands is a circus

Today is a month since i registered my first complaint about Makro, the person that responds to Hellopeter says the same thing, automated reply but no one every calls the customer. Eventually i got in contact with Zander who told me over a week ago that he will sort out the issue, this fool doesnt even care, hasnt made contact with me for about a week now. Makro and its management team sucks!!!!
