Makro Riversands - horrible service from the Repairs Dept

I bought a Phillips air fryer from Makro and it stopped working. I took it to the repair centre at the beginning of March 2023! To date (it is now 29 June 2023), I don't have my air fryer back. Neither do I hear from the Repairs Dept. When I call, all I hear is that the appliance is with the Repair Centre and the supplier is trying to sort out the issue. Does not seem like this air fryer can be repaired - why are they not giving me a refund? I even messaged on the Facebook page and still nothing has happened. I have bought all my appliances from Makro but I am doubting on buying anything ever again from them! Horrible horrible customer service!
