Makro riversands

Bought a ps5 remote from makro river sands was not what I wanted took it back and they say they need to send it to the supplier which will take 21 days to see if it's the correct product. I left it at makrom just shows the difficulties when returning something to makro. No such issues when it comes to takealot. Makro should mention such terms before letting people buy these products from them
