Makro Riversands does not deliver

I ordered R1440 worth of orbit chewing gum bubblemint on 15 February online. The order number is MAK***. The gum is marketed and packed in plastic wrap in groups of 12. So, I ordered 3x more4 less bubblemint 12x46's. Only 12 loose bottles were delivered. I've been calling daily to complete the delivery, but nothing comes of it. I will not order again from Makro because this is the second time this exact situation occurred this year.
