Makro Riversands deliver demo models instead of New.

Bought a dishwasher online from Makro Riversands, Dishwasher arrives with water and soap spots inside and lots of water in all the pipes. Requested an exchange as it looks like a demo model, they refuse saying that all their machines are tested and look like that. I think this is a lie because why would you need to remove the supplier packaging and test if it comes with a 3 year warranty. Rather shop at Hirschs, at least you know you getting a new machine.
