Makro Riversands
I have exhausted all avenues to try and get Makro head office to help me get what's rightfully mine from Makro Riversands.
Soon as I have made contact, I get empty promises and they go all quiet on me.
After spending over R400 in airtime to get R250 worth of goods.
I am now approaching the National Customer Commission with my grievances. I didn't want the matter to escalate to that point. However; I have every right to get goods I paid for.
I just wanted to give Makro one last chance via Hello Peter to resolve this matter and actually compensate me for my troubles. As it wasn't my fault or duty to make sure my order is in order.
I have sent Craig Stewart an email about 5 days ago & never got a response

Right now I saw so many things I want to buy there for Black Friday. Because of this, I can't even look Makro's direction. I wouldn't want to spend an entire year asking for things I paid for, to be delivered.

I get asked the same questions and promised a feedback. It's just a PR exercise that leads nowhere.
Just get Makro Riversands to commit to sending the missing parts of my order. They should send me a tracking number, so the matter can be closed. Instead of having a back and forth that leads nowhere
