Makro Riversands - ATROCIOUS!

The most useless service. I don't even know where to begin. First, I bought a trailer (Campmaster) online for collection at Riversands. Received a message to collect. When I arrived they didn't know what I was talking about and then offered me a trailer that was dented, rusted, and missing a spare wheel. No other trailers available.In their defence, they refunded me immediately and I had the money back in my account in a few days. Then I bought a fridge freezer combo. When I got it home and unpacked it it had dents everywhere...top, bottom, left, right. Called them, but no one answered. Went back into the store and was advised that I would need to pay for them to come and collect the damaged fridge, which I did. They collected it and three days later called me to advise that in their opinion I had damaged the fridge...this would have required a great deal of commitment on my part since the dents are literally all over the fridge. I said this was unacceptable and they said that they would escalate. Two days later and I haven't heard anything back. I try to call them. Automated message that I am second in the queue and will be serviced in two minutes...then four...then six...then ten...Call them back...after a few minutes I'm first in the queue and continue to be so for the next ten minutes at which time I am cut off...this level of inefficiency is hard to produce, even if by design...I'm at a loss...
