Makro Riversands and Woodmead service excellence

Meshack in the computer section of the Riversands branch was superb. I was chasing a laptop special and had problems with my debit card. Meshack was there all the way and held the laptop for me for 2 days while I sorted out my banking issues. He was responsive and very helpful. Makro Woodmead staff in the computer section were also very responsive and helpful as they were out of stock and found that Riversands had one item left. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Someone is doing something right in training and motivating personnel, either that or Makro is selecting superb people who already have superb customer s****s.
