Makro Riversands and online department have no respect for customers

Request for refund: Reference Number ********** Order Number: MAK****806

I placed an online order at Makro on 21 September 2023 and one of the items was out of stock at Makro . I was issued an invoice for the items available, and the items not available were cancelled without giving me an option for alternative products. When I checked online the refund says declined no reason was given, I never got any communication from them, I phoned the store and I was told my refund will reflect eventually which was not even half an answer the guy had an attitude and he didn't seem to care. My question is the store removes things from my order and you don't even have the decency to inform me, We use online ordering cause its convenient but this is just plain *******.
