I would like to thank Michelle from the makro store Riversands butchery for such exceptional service. She is one of the best managers at the store in makro and she attended to my complaint with such care to me as a customer and with such professionalism. I’m a happy customer now. Thank you Michelle for being so diligent and thank you for the beautiful roast beef…it shows that you love your work and your clients.

Within my complaint I also complained about having bought a few trays of 60 eggs and half of them came cracked. A lady called Nelly called me and she made the situation worse. She made me feel like I’m here trying to gold digging makro for a tray of eggs. If you look at my profile ***6 You will see if that I’m someone who can afford buying anything from makro. I honestly don’t appreciate the demeaning attitude that I received from Nelly and I don’t want those eggs anymore. There are other deserving people who treat customers well that should have this job.
