Makro Riversand nightmare customer service
Makro Riversand is worst nightmare, they delivered my order with missing items, the box was super damaged. Now I am still waiting for their call back, after 100 of calls and emails I sent at my expense. They don’t even bother to revert back.

16 Nov 2024, 09:20Next time make sure that orders goes to the right stores, if you can put an option on your Makro App,so we can chose which store I am ordering from.I am based in Pretoria north next to Makro Wonderboom, how on earth my order was prepared from Riversand?????, I have never experienced such a nightmare poor zero rated service you guys gave me with Makro Wonderboom.
