Makro Ripping their customers off!!!

I ordered a washing machine on special on the 8th on Jan with a free delivery by the 12th. Nothing was delivered and when I phoned on the 13th, they said someone would get back to me that day - no one did. Now this morning (15th) I received a sms saying they have to refund me due to no stock. On the day of ordering Montague Gardens had 4. I checked now and online has stock as well as Ottery and Cape Gate, but not on special anymore. So, between me paying and them delivering, the special ended so they cancelled my order, so I have to reorder at full price - disgusting. The customer service for Makro is absolutely pathetic.
