Makro ripping their clients off

Well done Makro and the Massmart group on ripping the public off with incorrect shelf pricing. Once again I was overcharged at the Makro PE branch, only this time I decided to challenge the issue. I called the call center number on the invoice only to spend a huge amount of wasted time with a consultant who opted to consider my query a joke. A call to the local store requesting to speak to the manager who goes by the name of "DJ" was also a total waste of time as he refused to take any calls. Imagine if this group was over charging each of their customers by R30, which is a small amount for each customer to query and attempt to recover. This is exactly how they are ripping the public off and should be considered a crime in every sense of the action. I will not shop at Makro, Game or the Builders group of stores as they definitely do not have the customers interest in mind.
