Makro ridiculous service

We purchased a Canon printer of close to R3000 from Makro, the printer started giving an error, error 6800. Drove all the way from Betty's Bay to Makro Ottery to take it in for repairs, just to get the printer back again with the same error. The printer was sent away a 2nd time, just to return with the same error 6800 again. Now Makro says I have to bring it in again, drive out another R800 diesel to get there for them to send the printer away a 3rd time and they refuse to give me a new printer even though the same error has never been fixed and printer is still under warranty
