Makro rewards is non existest and does honor any rewards. They are Useless beyond useless

Makro does honor their rewards on rcs credit card. i have tried for the past few months to try and get back my 3% reward for shopping on line and 2% for in store and i have not received anyting and cant get hold of anyone in the right department to help. i have written on hellopeter many times now and want to know where to next how can i take this further.
