Everyday is a different story. Trust that whatever they tell you is what they keep telling all of us. MAKRO pay back my money. You said you have a turnaround time of 10 to 14 days. Now you tell me you escalated the matter. You truly take us for fools. PAY BACK MY MONEY. I want my money. Pay back.

11 Jan 2026, 11:23A month later. I am still waiting for MAKRO to pay back my money. All they know is to say sorry. I want my money back. MAKRO is robbing customers. So many complaints about the same thing and all they can say is ‘we apologise and the matter has been escalated’. I want my money with interest now.
