Makro review

On November 23, 2023, I placed an order on the Makro online site, and I had to wait until December 5, 2023, for my delivery. When the delivery date arrived, Makro did not deliver my items. Due to the delay, I subsequently sought a refund because I no longer wanted the order. A month has passed and I still haven't received my refund. Nobody at the call centre seemed to know how to do their job when I called. I keep hearing from them that finance has been notified of the problem. When I call, they say the same thing every time—keep in mind that it has been a month. I'm over Makro and would like my money back so I can leave you guys. I honestly don’t recommend buying online from Makro and their call centre needs more training
