Makro returns process is stupidly long

The returns process can't be so rigorous that it takes an hour to return something. 3 makro staff behind the counter and suddenly they disappear. Only 6 people before me and yet it takes an hour. No other retail store is this **** at servicing their clients. This ate into my day. Absolutely pathetic service.
