Makro Returns Policy is TERRIBLE

I bought a midea dishwasher,was scepticle with the brand as i didnt know it .Makro assured me its a good brand and is fully supported under the Makro name.Well since i got it it never washed the glasses or pots clean.We phoned them and their reply was they cant do anything if machine is still working.After a couple of months the machine broke,it took them a month to come and replace the heating element,ok now its working again although still not washing CLEAN AT ALL!!!.Machine is now over a year old,guess what,the element broke again.I asked if they can please take it back and refund me half what i paid for it even,but their reply at customer care was: It has to brake more than 4 times before they will considder it.

Its ridiculous that a machine which i paid for must first break 4 times ,and even then they will considder it???!!!!.Even the repair guys that came to fix it said Midea has lots of repairs,more than any other brand,Makro mislead me ,why didnt they rather suggest another brand,instead of promoting the terrible Midea brand.

So the machine is repaired again today,they replaced the element again,this guy also said Midea isnt good at all!!!.Please take your machine back.i am willing to pay in extra for another brand,one i can actually use and has a propper guarentee,that doesnt have to break 4 TIMES before you even considder to take it back.

Makro Customer Service is TERRIBLE to say the least!!!!!
