Makro returns is **** !!!!

I’ve logged a return with Makro and they still haven’t collected the item because they use the *********** Courier guy to collect their items. I’ve called Makro and all I get is “we have escalated the matter”, but there’s no action in urgently fetching the item that has been ready for collection since Monday with security at home because I’m at work all day!!!!! If there is any damage to the headboard they will come and blame me that time but Makro has zero sense of urgency in collecting !!!!! I am fuming , I won’t be responsible for this **** being damaged !!!
