Makro Returns horrible

Good day<br> I purchased a USB flash drive form makro and was unhappy with it. So I decided to return it in unfortunately I did not keep the packaging and they refuse to take it back. When I did purchase it the salesman did not mention keeping the packaging if I would like to return it. Wouldn't want to shop at makro again
