MAKRO RETURNS

I purchased a foil shaver from Makro and had to return it because it was faulty. My return was approved on the 11th of September and I was informed that I would be refunded within 7 working days. Its now been more than a month and up to now I have not received my refund.When I inquire all I am told is that we are waiting feedback from the finance department. Even though I had seen negative reveiws about Makro I assumed these were once off incidents.It now appears that this is the common trend with Makro.My advise stay away from Makro especially during black Friday and the festive season .Takealot and Game will offer a much better online experience.
