Makro returns failure
I purchased a MHC Outdoor Aluminum Compact Ladder, Heavy Duty Ladder on 13 Sept and it was delivered on 17 Sept. On 02 Oct I logged a return (within the 14 working days policy) 11 days after it was delivered to me and my return was rejected (Order Number OD***). I have emailed your customer services team on a few occassions and the last correspondence (was an escalation) was sent to me on 17 Oct. 4 weeks later still no feedback.
