Makro returns department

I ordered a 4 tire washing line and they delivered 2 tier washing line, i logged a return on the 11th of March and request that they send me a 4 tier washing, ever since I have not been assisted, i called customer care several times and they give me one excuse after the order, they keep telling me that the will collect within 4 since March and I'm still waiting for them, their after sales service is very poor
