Makro returns and stories

Bought a kitchen cabinet from Makro that arrived damaged. I logged a return and was told the return would be processed in 2-4 working days. 5 working days later I contacted them only for them to tell me the item was supposed to be collected 2 days prior. I work from home and know that no one came to collect the item. Four calls with four different 'support agents' and four different stories later no resolution and no refund.
