Makro- returns a nightmare

I purchased a Kenwood iron from Makro Cornubia, the iron did not work and because I was two days over the 14 day refund policy due the the Christmas holidays and that I live about 50kms from the store, it was booked for assessment.

I was promised feedback, of which nothing was forthcoming. I called the store, and was constantly given excuses of management on leave.

Very poor customer service!
