MAKRO RETURN MY MONEY PLEASE
I made an online purchase on the 8th of March 2022 with order number MAK*** . The items were delivered but were defective. I went to Makro Strubens valley on the 11th of March 2022 to return the items and request a refund. To date I have not received my refund. I went to the store today to question why my money was not refunded into my account. I received no answer as to why my money was not refunded but Iinstead I was sent from pillar to post. MAKRO PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY. IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 3 WEEKS NOW!!!!!!

08 Apr 2022, 10:11It’s been two days now and the response is lacking. Communication is non-existent and there’s no urgency at Makro in processing my refund. A month has gone by and I still haven’t received my monies.
