Makro return for order taking over 30 DAYS!

It's been 30 DAYS and I still don't have any feedback on the return of a microwave. The microwave was collected in early February (arranged by Kabelo - Germiston Fulfillment Manager). I have tried in vain to contact Kabelo (Germiston Fulfillment Manager) for further feedback, he promised to call me back on 14 February 2025, but still nothing until today.

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service from the Makro team.
