Makro Return due to fault

Candy Washing Machine The washing machine was purchased on August 8 2022, (the date the risk and rewards were transferred), as of 20 September 2022 the machine is failing to switch on suddenly. The Master Care team assessed the machine and approved it for a replacement or refund. It has since been delivered to my premises and the people from there were confused on the next process. I have emailed Makro and called on several occasions and even when to their premises to no assistance. The machine is still under gaurantee and it seems Makro does not want aknowledge the return. Please Makro take your machine or replace it as I am still paying monthly installments for something I am not using.
