MAKRO RETURN DELAY

I've received my order with no visible damage to the box or outside of the fridge. However, the door on the inside is damaged. It has a hole and 3x dent in it.

I reported this immediately, and it has been more than a week with NO MOVEMENT on this issue. Every time I phone, I get told that it was escalated to the manager, and they await feedback. This was a brand new sealed product, and now we, as the customer, must wait until some manager decides to attend to our query. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
