Makro Repair Service - No Contact From Technician

I purchased a dishwasher from Makro a few years ago and took out and extended warranty. The dishwasher broke and I reported it to Makro on 6 June. They emailed me back on 26 June for further details. I supp**** them with all the details such as model, make etc. They responded saying that a technician will contact me within 3 working days. We are now on 12 July and no one has contacted me to repair my machine. Very disappointing follow-up service from Makro!
